Our loyal customers know that we make it easy when it comes to returns and want to give them the best customer care. If you're going to request a return, you have to contact us within ten days(5 days for clothing) of the product's delivery. Unfortunately, we won’t accept the return if the request is made after ten days(5 days for clothing). Please bear in mind that the shipping won’t be refunded, and a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to the non-damaged items returned to us. Once your request is approved, we will send you your RMA number and the address where you can mail the items you want to return. Please make sure that you add the RMA number at the top of the box that contains the items you wish to return before you ship it to the given address. Please provide us with the tracking code of FedEx/UPS/USPS so that the returned shipment can be tracked without any hassle. We will issue the refund once we receive the product as per our return policy.
