WILL YOU PROVIDE A TRACKING CODE?
YES. All orders will come with a tracking code from either UPS, Fedex or USPS. We will send the code to you before your item ships.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We ship the same day you place your order. Some items may take more time, in which case you will see a notice in the product detail page.
IF I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS CAN I PAY A COMBINE SHIPPING?
YES, unless you are ordering items that come from different warehouses. We have several warehouses and each shipping location will incur its own shipping costs. If you order many of the same items, then the shipping will be based on the total weight of the order since they will ship from the same location.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our loyal customers know that when it comes to returns, we make it easy and want to give them the best customer care. If you want to request a return, you have to contact us within 10 days(5 days for clothing) of the product being delivered to you. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept the return, if the request is made after 10 days(5 days for clothing). If you have any questions regarding the returns, please visit the Contact Us page of our website, and list why you want to return the product, and also mention the order reference number.
Please bear in mind that the shipping won’t be refunded, and a restocking fee of 20% will be applied on the non-damaged items returned to us. Once your request is approved, we will send you your RMA number and the address where you can mail the items you want to return. Please make sure that you add the RMA number at the top of the box that contains the items you want to return, before you ship it to the given address. It is requested that you provide us with the tracking code of Fedex/UPS/USPS, so that the returned shipment can be tracked without any hassle. We will issue the refund, once we receive the product as per our return policy.

We restock products on a daily basis. This also depends on the levels of demand and availability. Out of stock items are usually restocked within acceptable time. If you need an item that is out of stock, please contact us with the item number and we will be more than happy to inform you of the estimated restocking date.
